Sleeping Naked Is More Comfortable!

Are you one of the millions of people who ask themselves "why am I sweating when I sleep?" Are you having trouble sleeping comfortably? One simple suggestion on how to sleep better, take it all off at bed time.

Before I go on I must say, don't be ashamed. Know and understand that sleeping without a bra and panties is NOT against the law anywhere except of course in Minnesota (seriously...)

Uncomfortable sleeping habits can lead to tired mornings and stressful days. What can you do for a more comfortable nights rest?

First things first remove that cute little teddy, designer sleeping pants or nightgown. Lose the flimsy lingerie, boy shorts or the brand new sexy-man boxer briefs. Sleeping with nothing on can help with relaxation and comfort. You may be completely altering your sleeping habits and it could very well be the best move you make towards a continuous good night sleep. In simple terms, sleep in the raw! No underwear. No socks, and No bras not even socks.

All of these decisions are personal preferences, maybe trying to be mauled by a runaway pair of underwear doesn't bother you, but a little advice never hurt anybody.

Not only is sleeping naked more comfortable, but it’s good for your health too. Increasing your level of comfort makes it easier for you to relax and sleep, so you get achieve a longer night’s sleep. The resulting deeper, longer sleep makes it easier for your body to regenerate and repair itself, and build up your energy for the day ahead. A middle of the day quick naked nap will do more than that 5 hour energy drink.

One out of three women claim the dreaded TATT condition (Tired All The Time) . It definitely isn't an unexplained phenomenon. The culprit is often too little rest and relaxation, coupled with too much work, worry and stress. Often recurring results of repeating nights of a less than relaxing sleep. By morning many people are starring in the lead role of uncomfortable morning movies such as "Terrible Twisted Tank-Top", "The Great Pantie Pinch", "Boxer Brief Beat-Down" or you may just think the top you wore to bed is literally trying to choke you out.

From childhood, we associate pajamas with bedtime - cuddly little cotton jammies with the feet in them, crisp underoos and soft clean bed sheets. These are not just learned habits - some of these things do help us begin that inevitable slide towards unconsciousness. But like many other things in life we leave them in our childhood. Pajamas and undies at bed time should be one of those things left at the door of adulthood. Its time to admit it pajamas are overrated!

Your nether regions are covered the whole day, sleeping naked will assist with aeration or what other people like to call a "little private breathing’. And as any pregnant woman will tell you "bras and thongs are off limits at bed time."

Often times sleeping in our favorite skivvies is accompanied by them uncomfortably riding up and down. Taking it all off is the answer. The sleep you ultimately achieve will be deeper, longer, and more satisfying. You will notice the difference.

1. Evaluate your sleeping situation (very important)
2. Re-evaluate your situation and don't lie to your self.
3. Choose an appropriate opportunity based on the results of step one and two.
4. Since your a NOOBNS (Newbie Naked Sleeper) place an emergency stack of threads near the bed.

If your not completely comfortable with it you may not gain much more sleep in the beginning. Once you become accustomed to the routine you will sleep so much better. Sleeping with nothing on may not cure insomnia, or sleep apnea but it sure is more comfy.
